Choose happiness xx

Have you noticed that when you're smiling and happy that everyone else seems to be smiling and happy too ?

Have you noticed that when you're grumpy or angry that you seem to attract more angst?

Have you noticed that you attract into your life whatever it is you are focusing on ?



Have you noticed that what you don't have always seems to be everywhere, it's like it is there to just rub it in that you don't have it ?  or is it?

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like, you are what you think, your thoughts create your world, your mind is a magnet, How many times have you heard these sayings?

They aren't just a gimmick or marketing, these statements are the natural laws of the universe that if used can have a profound effect on our lives.

I have been aware of the Law of Attraction for some time and in the hard times it is the last thing I have wanted to acknowledge or to be told. I was in a weird, emotionally distraught way, happy to wallow in my self pity of "poor me" but I certainly did not want to hear from someone else that I had a part to play in my own demise. It was something or someone else that contributed... Wasn't it ?

The thing that has moved me through the struggle, through the pain, through the process is positivity.

Not just focussing on being positive but being proactive in my thought processes, being conscious,  listening to the voice inside that tells me "I cant" and choosing to turn that into  "of course I can" .

Why am I telling you this ?

This month Astrology wise it is the month of Cancer. The only sign to have a disease named after it. This gives you some sense of the power connected to it and how the energy in a negative way can impact on the physical. "Thoughts create Things ".

Emotions manifest from the mind into the body.

Next time you have a sore throat, think about the connection to where in your life you aren't speaking up... Starting to see a connection?

It is an extremely important time to avoid conflict. It is a time to elevate ourselves above and beyond the ego and connect to healing ourselves physically and spiritually.

Try this month to focus on keeping your thoughts positive, to see the reality of situations without giving in to feeding the ego, to experience people and events and situations without judgement.  Notice, where, when and how often this negative thought process tries to take over.

It will be a challenge, but it will be worth it.
